Vazhakoombu & cherupayar upperi

Vazhakoombu nalla small aaki mirikuku. Enittu athilekku velichenna kurachu ozhichu kai kondu thirumbuka. Pinne wooden spoon kondu ore directionil elakuka. Appo athil ulla naarupole ullathokke kurachu povum. 

Pinne ethu wateril saltum kurachu turmeric powder ettu vekkuka. Oru half an hour or 1 hour. Pinne athine nallapole kaikondu kayuki ooti vekkuka vellam povaan.

Cherupayar night putharthi vechu next day salt edaathe vevichu vekkuka.

Thenga kurachu,1 chilly kurachu, cherulli oru 7 or 8 curry leaves, perumjeerakam and turmeric oru pinch ettu onnu mixil othukki vekkuka.

Cheenachattiyil coconut oil choodakki athilekku half onion arinjathu  eduka. Pinne kurachu curry leaves um. Nallonam vayannal add vazhakoombu. Pinne salt kurachu nokkiyittu. Kurachu samayam vevikuka. Pinne athilekku kurachu chilly flakes and thenga mix eduka. Ethellam nallapole vazhattiya shesham cherupayar eduka. Yellam venthaal off aakuka.

Kurachu coconut oil il kaduku pottikuka. Pinne garlic 4 eduka then curry leaves and vattal mulaku ettittu off aakiyittu upperiyude mugalil ozhikuka. Upperi ready
